Same plan. Without the six months.

Most of a strategic plan is collecting and organizing what people already said. We automate that part. The judgment stays with people.

Questions boards ask us

Do our stakeholders need to be tech-savvy?+

No. They open a link on their phone, tap a button, and talk. If they'd rather type, they can. Board members in their seventies have done it without help.

Who sees the recordings?+

Your strategist, and no one else. In the documents, quotes are attributed by role, never by name. Recordings are used for your plan only and never used to train AI models.

What if the AI gets it wrong?+

Then you tell it. Every section has a place to say what rings true and what doesn't. The next version answers every comment, including the ones we push back on, with reasons. Nothing is final until you approve it.

Is a human involved?+

Yes, throughout. A strategist runs the engagement, reads every comment, leads two live sessions, and decides what to share with you. The AI drafts; people decide.

Can we use our own questions or framework?+

Yes. The interview questions are editable per organization and per role. If your board already uses a planning framework, we build the plan in that shape.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?+

Structure and evidence. Your stakeholders are interviewed one by one, every quote is traced to a real answer, disagreements are surfaced instead of smoothed over, and a strategist stays accountable for the result.
